Welcome to My Portfolio

Introducing my new website — a home for my work in film, photography, animation, and art.

Welcome! I’m April Garnica, a filmmaker and visual artist from Tijuana, Mexico, currently studying film at UC Santa Cruz.

This site is where I’ll be sharing my work across film, photography, stop motion animation, and other visual arts. I’m especially excited to share the journey of my latest film, Fronterizos, as it makes its way through the festival circuit.

Stay tuned for behind-the-scenes content, production updates, and reflections on the filmmaking process.
